5. We supply and despatch our services to customers within France, Switzerland,
Belgium, Canada, UK and United States of America only.

Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend
our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at
the price listed at the time you ordered.
8. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, your email address,
telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this
information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not
liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
9. PayPal is the sole method of all payments, please note that you are not required to have
a PayPal account for a transaction to take place.
10. We undertake to respond to your order within 48 hours. If we have not responded to
you within 48 hours, you should contact us through the “contact us” function on the
website.
11. Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order.
12. Delivery of your ordered service/s will be as set out on our website or as agreed with a
Superkoala representative. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received
payment. Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.
13. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods:
No responsibility is accepted by SuperKoala for loss or damage of a good once in the
service of; La Poste (SuperKoala.com in French version), Royal Mail (Superkoala.com
in the version for UK) and United States Postal Service (SuperKoala.com for America)
Order Cancellation Due To Error
14. Where a service has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive
information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the
right to cancel a transaction. Where your PayPal account has been charged, we will
immediately refund your PayPal account for the total amount debited.
Service Returns
15. Superkoala does not reimburse for services already undertaken. Any claim for
reimbursement is at the discretion of SuperKoala management. In any given case,
reimbursement shall not exceed 25% of the purchase price.
16. In the event a reimbursement is granted, Paypal shall be used to refund money.
17. Any travel insurance undertaken will ordinarily cover the cost of cancellation of
Superkoala services.

18. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our
information for personal use.
19. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your
computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any

will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to
the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be
